- Lyft Pass for Healthcare: You can request a ride to and from your medical appointment via the Lyft app.
- To request a free ride, contact your healthcare provider or Medicaid (if applicable) to determine eligibility and involvement in the Lyft Pass for Healthcare program.
- Lyft rides to COVID vaccine appointments: If you need getting to a COVID vaccine site, request a free or discounted ride.
- Non-emergency medical transportation: Medicaid may provide reimbursement for non-emergency medical transportation.
- Personal Mileage Reimbursement: When public transportation is not available or does not meet your needs, you may be reimbursed personal mileage at 18 cents per mile up to $300 a month.

Weber-Morgan Health Department Car Seat Program
