  • Non-emergency medical transportation: Medicaid may provide reimbursement for non-emergency medical transportation. 
  • Personal Mileage Reimbursement: When public transportation is not available or does not meet your needs, you may be reimbursed personal mileage at 18 cents per mile up to $300 a month.

ModivCare Services

  • If you do not live in an area served by bus, paratransit services or you need door-to-door service, you may be eligible for ModivCare services.

            • Car seat safety class and an installation/check in your vehicle. Classes are free to residents of Weber and Morgan counties. Participants may receive a new car seat for free or purchase one at a reduced cost.
