The Council on Patient Safety in Women’s Health Care has a vision of safe health care for every woman. They have developed various Maternal Safety Bundles and two have been implemented in Utah: Obstetric Hemorrhage and Severe Hypertension in Pregnancy. Our next safety bundle will be Obstetric Care for Women with Opioid Use Disorder.
